In addition to being a career in itself, Accounting is part of all aspects of life both personal and business and provides useful skills for all. Accounting at Logan Park covers the conceptual basis of accounting for individuals and business owners. Students learn about financial reporting, analysing and interpreting financial information, recording and processing financial transactions, and accounting systems. Students can take Accounting at Logan Park from Year 11 continuing through to NCEA level 3 and Scholarship. It is an important academic discipline at both University and Polytech and our students often carry on to study Accounting at a tertiary level.
